This game is so fun. It not only makes everyone sound funny, they look funny too which makes everyone laugh a lot. I have heard on many reviews that the adult sized mouth pieces hurt after wearing them so it was recommended to go to a medium size but we found that the medium size made it too easy to understand what was being said so not much of a challenge. Also if you remove the mouthpiece as soon as your turn is over, there is no pain involved. Just don't wear it all the time and make sure you put it in the right way.
