Basic Rules of Backgammon:
1. When you enter a backgammon game, you are first assigned a color (brown or white).
2. The player with the highest score moves first. The player then moves in turn, two dice at a time.
3. After you have rolled the dice, you will be determined by the Numbers shown on each die to determine how far you can go.
(For example, if four and two points are thrown, you can move four squares and then move another two squares forward.
If two dice are rolled with the same number, you can take two steps according to the number of points on each dice,
which will allow you to move up to four stones.)
4. To move the gem, click on it and drag it to the desired chessboard, then click again to drop it.
If a move is irregular, the gem bounces back to its original position. Stones can be moved across multiple squares,
regardless of how many opponent's stones are in each lattice.
However, your gem can only go as far as the checkerboard occupied by your gem (any number),
or the checkerboard with only one opponent's gem or no gems (such a checkerboard is called an open checkerboard).
5. A checkerboard with two or more opponent's gems is a closed checkerboard.Your gem cannot reach such a .
After the dice is rolled, if the mouse pointer is pointed at a gem, or if a gem is clicked,
pure green diamonds are displayed at the bottom of the appropriate grid, indicating that the gem can be moved to this position.
When a gem is removed from a checkerboard, a diamond with a green outline appears at the bottom of the checkerboard.
